La Tomatina Review: RTP 95.41% (Tomato Fights)
This year, you must be still wondering about the La Tomatina review. Tomato fights in Spain are only held at certain times of the year, and they usually take place in the town of Bunol.
This game, a new Tom Horn slot, is inspired by that famous tomato fight. It looks good, and that may be enough for some players, but as you’ll see, there are some drawbacks as well.
La Tomatina is a 5-reel demo slot with 40 paylines that are active at all times. Wins of up to 510x the stake seem a little low, especially for a medium volatility game with a 95.05% RTP. Flux Spins with 2x multipliers, Sticky Respins, and regular Free Spins or wilds are among the major features that have been included.
Because there are 40 active lines, each round’s wager contains 40 coins. The minimum amount that can be put into a spin is $0.40, and the maximum amount that can be reached is $80.
A jackpot of 510x the stake would be attractive in some games, but we would expect a real money slot like La Tomatina to offer more.
Because it has a medium level of volatility, the top payouts should be at least twice as much as we can get here. The RTP is 95.05%, which is also significantly lower than we would expect (96% or higher is a standard number).
A Yellow Tomato Wild will bring you the best paying combinations, and it will also create its own wins. The stake per line could be up to 12.50 times the stake. Typically, however, this will be used as a stand-in, assisting in the formation of smaller combinations.
There’s also a Red Tomato Wild, but it pays out less, up to 7.50x the stake. When Fernando or Sergio throw tomatoes at the reels, some of the other features will activate at random.
The Flux Spins will be brought to you by Fernando and his red tomatoes. When the tomatoes appear on the reels, they become a regular wild, or a 2x wild if they appear in the free spins.
You’re still getting paid for these Flux Spins, but there’s also a wild that keeps expanding as the tomato moves down one position each round until it reaches the bottom.
Sergio will bring on Sticky Respins with his yellow tomatoes. For each tomato on the reels, you get one respin. These tomatoes act as wild symbols, with a 2x multiplier available during the free spins.
Once the Sticky Respins are over, you can also get free spins if you manage to mark out all of the cells with tomatoes. You’ll get 10 spins with Sticky Respins or Flux Spins active.
It’s a game about tomatoes, as well as a yearly Spanish festival held in the town of Bunol. Two kids can be seen throwing tomatoes at the reels from the sides. The five top Royals will be represented by symbols such as musical instruments, hats, hand fans, and several tomatoes.
If you just look at the features and visuals, it’s not a bad game, but we are unhappy with the top jackpot and the low RTP. Finally, it is our La Tomatina review that you can figure out and more at coloksgp.
